The RADER team isn’t your typical group of tech geeks. They’re “personable nerds,” a perfect description coined by their senior tech advisor, Chris Monju. Their crew comes from all walks oflife: a former Britney Spears roadie, a bulldozer operator, two chefs, and even a former pawn shopmanager.

It’s this mix of lived experience and technical talent that sets the RADER team apart. They speak human, not just code, and they understand what their clients need because they’ve been intheir shoes. They bring a grounded, energetic approach to solving complex problems and delivering tech that works in the real world.

In 1998, Chris Rader used his experience in the lumber industry and his technology expertise to help lumber companies become more efficient and profitable through smarter systems and data-driven decisions. In four years, he helped one company grow their salesfrom $100 million to $650 million, increasing profits by $12.5 million. Another companyscaled from $10 million to $100 million in sales, adding $10 million in profits. Fortune 500 giants soon acquired both companies.

In 2002, Rader hired his first employee and launched Rader Solutions (RADER). He then beganto lay the foundation for a more expansive technology business, and the company grew. Afterjoining forces with CBM Technology over the past several months, they now serve more than250 clients across 35 states. With a team of 80+ and growing, they support various industries.

Their services now include advanced technical support, modern communication tools, strategic tech planning, and robust cybersecurity. Through every shift in the tech landscape, they’ve stayed grounded while helping businesses grow stronger, smarter, and more secure.

The RADER office on Coolidge Street used to be a Piccadilly. They’re still serving tastytreats–but they're bytes instead of bites. RADER loves the community and what they do. Making their clients happy isn't just “work”–it's their passion.

Bottom line: You have a business to run and just want your IT to work. They get it, and they can help.
